High Point Shih Tzu
High Point Shih Tzu is a small, AKC inspected & approved, hobby breeder of standard size Shih Tzu in various colors. Most of our puppies are sold on limited registration (no breeding rights), but full registration is available to the right home breeder. My puppies and parents have wonderful, friendly, loving personalities. I have several testimonials on my website that can confirm this.
My puppies are raised in my home and are socialized by myself, my husband and my children. They are well on their way to being paper trained, if not completely trained, by the time they head to their new homes. Parents are on premises. Puppies can be seen in person after they have been vaccinated (6 weeks). Until then, I will be happy to email pictures weekly so you can see how your baby is growing.
I am here for the life of your puppy to answer any questions. I love hearing from my new friends and getting pictures to see how the puppies are doing once they leave us.

I feel very blessed to be able to say, we have a great reputation and 50 years of experience behind us; that it all started from my mom, Anne's Puppies. Her whole life has been dedicated to her love for the Lord and this wonderful Shih Tzu line.
The Shih Tzu won my heart... this breed is so unique. It is the only toy breed that is non-hyper, plus non-shedding, non-allergic and non-yippy.
All puppies are seen by my vet before they go to their new homes. This way I know you're receiving a healthy puppy. Everything is kept current on parents & puppies until the day they leave our home. Health records are given on each puppy; along with all the instructions of what vet care the puppy will still need. Puppy's shots are kept current, along with worming and parasite stool testing.
Males are all DNA tested by the American Kennel Club. This club is the number one registry & have standards that have to be followed. I am in conjunction with those standards & do much more to ensure we have the best, healthy Shih Tzu in our breeding program. We also have 3 licenses and are inspected by the AKC state of New York.
